We live in the age of data. Its generation is relentless and is profoundly transforming our world, altering not only societies, but also human nature itself. The challenge is clear: we must understand the change and play an active role in it.
What exists is a sea of messy information and data that affects security, which will have to be addressed if we are to be competitive and thrive. This is because data has become a critical asset for corporations, enabling more informed and contextualized strategies, aimed at anticipating trends and responding to customer needs with immediacy and accuracy.
In and of themselves, data is meaningless. In order to make strategic use of data and produce actionable insights, it is necessary to filter raw information. To do this, it is essential to create a suitable ecosystem, setting aside special times, spaces and structures. In this ecosystem, experts constitute the base that navigates the information and supports data overload and noise. While the integration of exponential technology is fundamental to collect and systematize data, it is the critical and creative thinking of people that poses appropriate and intelligent questions oriented to create real value and contribute to the business purpose.
In this context, the hybrid security model is able to understand that the connection between human, technology and data is crucial to develop effective responses in mobile environments, expanding the focus of action without falling into the trap of paralysis by analysis.
